werdwert

i was reading "the witch of portobello" when mr kao told me that he read a third of it and couldn't continue.
damn.
i started on it at least 4 times before i made it past page 5, (now at 40), because i stopped trying to understand everything but just read it once, and next time then try.

no one can manipulate anyone else. in any relationship, both parties know what they're doing, even if one of them complains later on that they were used.

so you can't say "what he did to you", it's "what you both did", rather.
oh the awful truth, won't we just love to push the blame.
____

ClimbX, last high wall comp. didn't do as well as i'd love to, but watching the awesome people, watching the SCARY awesome people [or person: marcus] was extremely worth it. and exciting.
wasn't really in the mood to climb, (oops), but i really enjoyed it and it was awesome.
yellow tiles, then blue tiles. what more can i ask for? it's FREE HANDHOLDS AND FOOTHOLDS. almost.
smooth sequence and all that, mmmmmmm.
for day 2, i arrived for the finals.
uhm personally i thought that J climbed nicer (note, nicer doesn't equal better) than D, it was so smooth! like jac/philip, but i haven't really seen anyone reach philip's level yet.
it was so funny, super finals same spot, then how!
for the guys, it was just wow, but marcus's climb the first day was more heart-stopping than any today.
___

itsa mothers' day today!
i tried to make her almond jelly (not from scratch. from packet) and it said to add 500g of water.
i added 500 ml but it was almond pasty? NOOOOOOO):
i decided not to get her anything made or "meaningful" this year but "practical" rather, since she's never actually used anything i've given.
so, all food stuff this year.
tmr's her birthday, oh no she has to work.

can you imagine spending mothers' day trying to stop your two noisy childish 10-year-apart boys from fighting, and having to face stupid attitude problems from a 10 year old?
my brother is just, ugh. hello, show like, a little bit of appreciation to your mother for once, okay, instead of still treating her like your personal assistant and shouting at her like she owes you the world.

sighs, can you imagine, as a daughter/son, to visit your mum on mothers' day in a hospital.
just awaiting for the day when she doesn't recognize you anymore.
not my moozoo, but her moozee.
