it's my first ever camp with strangers and it was damn awkward at first, like jo and gwen were in different groups than me and i was just in this circle with some green people (my group is green - myojojojo).
the group names were like all punny! vote-the-mud (voldermort), myojojojo (mojojojo), blue toe (pluto??), ...
and then immediately see that there's this pretty girl sitting opposite me. everyone was like shy shy quiet quiet only.
we did some intro, some ice breakers, suffered awkwardness.... and i'll learn to appreciate minor group awkwardness as compared to some stupid UGH one-on-one awkwardness which made me look like some terrible bitch haha.
so we play more icebreakers like what, 7 continents where i got the chance to hug jo like "aww" only ^^
and we also played station games like three-legged soccer, musical chairs and jumbo tank!
all guy-girl pair through these 3 days wtf, quite annoying actually. but aiyah also quite okay la, my group's guy were super nice.
jumbo tank was this game where we totally soaked in a .. jumbo tank to find flash cards, and also where i scared shrek. a feat, if i must add in. shrek is poker face's OGL.

the pretty girl is damn cute one! those very princess type who totally ran away from the ball during the game of captain's ball. granted, the ball was a friggin smelly whole naked chicken. damn sick. BUT she's black belt in taekwondo!
so qing ling - black belt.
henri is also a source of huge laughter cause he looks minorly ah tiong chinese, yet his SP asks if he's indian! and that time shrek was intro-ing our group, like, tom, peter, harry....... XIAO MING!
so obviously huge joke la! it stuck and thus henri - xiao ming.
xiao ming's SP was together with jessica's SP, so of course jessica must be XIAO LI!
samuel is this total time bomb, at first damn quiet quiet one, then WHOA owns maple tree okay! WHOA have yatch okay! WHOA TOTAL BULL HAHAHAA, but muscles like have tennis balls implant only! samuel - mr muscle!
and how could we forget alvin, who was the star of our epic morning and next day's lunch. eye candy this damn pretty girl jerrine, yet NATO (no action, talk only) all the time! (set la, i bring my SP to my room. set la, i feed jerrine. set set set) HAAHAHA but in the end he went to find her with our help! but still NATO!
daowei is X MAN because he has a lot of exes (am i not supposed to say it haha, but he's like really serious one la, damn nice boy) and during a drunken state when i said "potential X", sam said "professor X". which at that time was HI-LA-RIOUS! so.
siangyee was aloy cause of fate, really! like no, really.
and dom is................ (AH)mat. he's my OGL with a memorable name! (besides DD but..) but he's 100% chinese BUT doesn't look like! and really doesn't look evergreen either, just an add on haha. asshole was eavesdropping on my SP conversation, SO ANNOYINGGGGG ARGH, and i'm so annoyed why i nothing to talk about, talk all those shit to someone i've never met before! my fault la, but the eavesdropping thing was just plain stupid.
totally gonna do double duty of eavesdropping IF i can next year. TRIPLE DUTY, i don't care.
then to round off the first day, it was mass dance where sam was my poor partner who had to look upon me with disgust as i fell along to the music. heh.
and fright night where i was super scared of every shit! hhahahaaha, then we had this long quite un-awkward talk with some senior whom i don't even know the name, and i found out (if he's telling the truth), that sheares is the only hall with lifts.
at that point it was *ding!* ONLY SHEARES.
so that's my group of awesome!
we went to sentosa on the second day, where everyone started opening up a little. we dipped in the water a lot, rolled about in sand, and i got a little bitchy hahahaha. hmm. i mean.
we also played a lot of filler games like ouch obi obi / orbi orbi, i see the guys whack siangyee and qingling like so sad only! it REALLY is quite refreshing to see uninhibited guys who don't see girls as weaklings, but HAHA the blue blacks they left on the legs...
and the epic thing when i played scissors paper stone with dom.. i lost 5 consec times out if 6. damn fail, and my hand was quite numb after that.
quite exciting la really! never volunteered/ gotten such uh, fun before heh.
then what ah. oh food hunt. a bit of rest for us ah, during food hunt.
then the damn awkward SP meeting where i totally spilled EVERYTHING that could make conversation. r-e-g-r-e-t.
day 3 was west coast station games and war game!
okay skip those whatever things, we go straight to the most memorable part of west coast - for me.

i was like crying during it, cause the smell was SO BAD and i was DAMN HELPLESS. they somemore taunt us lor! like, why aren't you running? or why aren't the guy protecting you?
whatever la i just don't want the smell.
ask my friends la, i think i'm quite gross sometimes, like i can mix coke and rice and eat it. i don't mind having mayo and gel with rice on my hair.
BUT NOT ROTTEN EXPIRED FOOD THAT SMELLS oh my gosh.
i also almost vomited during the captain's ball game when we played with the chicken.
but i am so ballsy i actually played with it. and flung the naked chicken through the air.
then it was shower and rinsing of hair 65432456 times! still smelled but whatever la.
we went for SP revelation and my stomach was quite sick and nervous.
i was actually damn bastard to my SP): and i felt so bad! i kinda tried to talk, but failed, so i went to join daowei and gwen who were so loving all.
dom kept saying i damn bastard, which i agree and more, but i'm damn awkward one la! what to do!
i couldn't even share food with him cause the smell was similar to that of the rotten food game. ):
i ate quite little at camp, surprisingly! like monday dinner chicken rice, okay la. then i didn't eat tues breakfast, and lunch i ate the liao. dinner i drank tea plus a bao. wed didn't eat breakfast either, quite nauseous. then lunch i had mouldy cauliflower, so.. and dinner smelt like rotten food so didn't eat either.
but i had supper of macs after the finale!
supper was at blk A lounge, and it was the best morning spent with friends! like REALLY REALLY SUPERRRRR FUN! we first warmed up with telling our eye candies, and like so many people eye candy jerrine, i also want to see her!
i see like girls only, so many pretty girls! like my group's blakc belt, and the senior who tagged along, sheryn!
and wayne and kaya also not our OGLs but they came along for some stuff.
then they started drinking, and the quiet people started warming up haha.
seriously, too much nonsense until cannot take it.
slept at 7:30 cause cannot take it, and was so cui, MISS SHEARES 2010 helped me back to my room hehehehe so lucky(: slept a bit then poured everything into my huge bag. i think my bag was the largest but whatever la! don't have to pack, can fit everything inside one!
we went for OG lunch where i had coffee bean and curry puff, and NATO action again hahaha! and my SP sat beside me and once again i went off to talk to prof X haha. then damn bastard again la me): but he wasn't talking to me so i figured it was okay.
i really really like my OG and my OGLs, and of course the seniors who completed it all!
like without you seniors, how can the epic morning happen.
myojojojo ftw, at least we were once in top 4!
AND how can i forget all the ponding! thanks to our tennis ball implant guys and awesomely strong dom who opened a coconut for all the ponding and extra points it brought us!
and i really liked the experience there, aside from the SP thing and constant guy-girl pair, and really miss it):
like i was at work today and though, whut, 3 and a half days only? felt damn long.
I'M DAMN SAD that if i get accepted to sheares, i'll miss orientation camp for both arts and sheares cause i'll be in china!!!!
