red velvet cupcakes

frosted it while it was warm. fml the frost melted.

i made it cupcake sized too! and without food colouring too!

and i had to bake double batches cause i accidentally added twice the amount of baking powder and baking soda!
sian had to double everything lol now we have too much cupcakes to finish.

lol guess which i used.

first one la, somemore i doubled the thing cause i baked double the cupcakes. then fml i have like 2/3 left in my fridge.

but my little muffin cases very cute right! love it hahaha very bright and colourful and non-oily and sturdy.
