Just think, with my graduation I will be the first in the extended Cheong (paternal) family to graduate from university, from grandparents to grandchildren. I'm the fourth amongst eight grandchildren.

Joe will be after me, and we expect three more younger ones to go the degree route, excluding Luis. The first two have passed the typical education stage.

But in the Tan (maternal) family, should Luis decide to enter the poly route, he'll be the first, and only - as he is the last of fifteen grandchildren - grandchild to not graduate with a degree.

Hmmm.
