issa strange thang, the heart
july-aug was particularly bad I think
sept was awright
oct was okay.. until today?
I mean I've more or less stabilized in terms of appetite, I eat every meal, just less. better than july-aug when I skipped a few a week.
but today it came when I was showering.
it came before bedtime and so I had the urge for paramores misguided ghost to shed tears to lol.
the crying started from maybe 5min in till 35min in, so a good 30min.
now that it's over I feel completely fine????
