chutzpah

when one has the authority to, one can tell people not to do something.
it's not a big thing, just abiding by rules.
but then sometimes the person does it too.

or one may impose what the person wants on others, even without authority.
to.. i don't know. don't want to say it.

cause i really believe it's not hypocrisy, or having any intention to attract attention, it's just them.

the matters are so small, i'm surprised i'm actually irritated at it.
