i'll probably never get over my disappointment of getting rejected from SEP.
quoting not wholly from one NUS confession, "i should have worked harder to pull my CAP above 3 to be able to go for SEP".
kiss my ass la CAP 3 can go for SEP.
as i put in my application and i wasn't lying, just as i came to NUS to study geography and, well, study, my intention to go for SEP was set in stone. there was always the option of getting rejected, pfft, i know i've experienced that a million times, but i've always hoped and hoped and i know i had hoped too much because i was sorta devastated i didn't get it.
but not getting over something aside, there are always distractions or attempts to make up for it!
for example, DENG DENG DENG DENGGGGGGG,
i'm going for FS2013!
the field studies module (GE3230A) in the year 2013.
will be in Thailand for probably the worst best weeks of my life!
note it's the worst best weeks and not the best worst weeks.
think of when you describe a fat black kitten and a black fat kitten.
quoting what my future profs say, things to look forward to include
4-hour train rides spanning 12 hours
"projectile vomiting competion"
standing in that one spot for five minutes waiting for a one bar signal
not throwing toilet paper down the hole or it will choke
waking up no later than 6am
because it's hot when it's not morning
you will be exhausted from non-stop work
the smell of fish
I AM SO EXCITEDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDDD
