two mommys and daddys

What's wrong with 2 mommys and daddys? If you say people need a mommy for _ purposes
and a daddy for _ then you believe too much in gender roles and it's because these beliefs
persist that there still a long way for gender equality.

Also, you'll have the luxury of having open parents who encourage you to believe in yourself,
not saying normal parents don't, but surely 100% of these parents won't disown their child
based on sexual preferences, right?

Never could understand why some beliefs persist and others are disused. Who does it work for?
